PREMIUM PACKAGES begin at just $28 per player (weekdays) or $36 per player (weekends & holidays), and are easy to upgrade with great menu selections or other gifts for as little as $5 per player additional.
*Certain restrictions do apply. Packages may not be available during certain times of the year. Some items require additional lead time (4 to 12 weeks).

THE FAJITA BUFFET...
Fajita chicken and beef, peppers & onions, flour tortillas, rice, refried beans, queso, pico de gallo, salsa, and jalapeno slices are served with iced tea & water, and brownies for dessert.
THE PASTA BUFFET...
Old-world Italy comes to Texas when our Chef selects 2 pastas and combines them with your choice of 2, 3, or 4 sauces. Enjoy with Caesar salad, garlic bread, fresh vegetable, iced tea & water, and Tiramisu for dessert.
A TRADITIONAL TEXAS BARBECUE...
Fresh from the Open Range, we offer barbecue brisket, grilled chicken with "Campfire Sauce," and 4oz flame-grilled rib eye steaks, served with corn on the cob, baked beans, tossed salad, corn bread, iced tea & water and carrot cake for dessert.
